We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return by contacting us first. This applies to all orders, including those shipped to the European Union, where customers have the legal right to cancel or return their order within 14 days without providing a reason.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unworn, with original tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns must not be sent to our business address. Instead, we will provide you with the correct return address of our supplier or logistics partner, along with a return shipping label and instructions.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 3 days if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)

Custom or personalized products

Personal care items (e.g. beauty, hygiene)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange a product, return the original item first. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note:

It can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or damaged item).
